Is this bourbon?
No. Bourbon is a legal designation with specific production and aging requirements. Suburban Lynx uses Inverse Barreling, a different process, and doesn't carry the bourbon designation. It has bourbon character, independently verified. It's its own thing.
What is Inverse Barreling?
Inverse Barreling is an accelerated maturation process developed by our founding team. It drives the same chemistry as traditional barrel aging to completion in months rather than years. Is the Core Highball gluten-free? What's in it?
The Core Highball contains two ingredients: corn spirit and sparkling water. Nothing else. 0g sugar, 0g carbs. If you have specific allergen concerns beyond gluten, please contact us directly for ingredient detail from the approved label.
Can I buy it online, or outside Ontario?
Not directly through this site. Ontario retail law routes consumer alcohol purchases through the LCBO. We can sell privately to establishments with a liquor license (bars, restaurants, retailers) if they get in touch. Distribution outside Ontario is still being worked out. Either way, the best way to know where and when Suburban Lynx is available is to join the list.
